Boundaries: Council districts (adopted 2022) —
The Socrata layers (we3s-95vi, ynuh-geyh) are the PRE-2022 map and are not used for the current era: redistricting changed D1 by -42% and D4 by +46% of area. This geometry is corroborated by two independently-named ArcGIS services with byte-identical shapes. Rejected: Council_Districts_2022 (same map, 0.05% precision loss) and Council_District_2022 (empty geometry).
