applicable legal requirements.
The Certificate of Achievement is valid for a period of one year only. The City of Oakland has received a
Certificate of Achievement annually for more than 30 years. The City’s Fiscal Year 2024-25 ACFR will
be submitted to GFOA for consideration for the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial
Reporting.
