Justification: The Council-adopted Sidewalk Prioritization Plan (2008) calls for sidewalk repairs along identified transit corridors; residential sidewalk repairs; and liability reduction programs. This project will increase access compliance, reduce trip and fall liability and respond to citizen sidewalk repair demands.
